You will also plan and cascades training programs in line with global, local and store priorities, promotes a culture of Shadowing: Observation, Feedback and Coaching at all Store levels and support the Store Leadership in Team development and driving performance of individual Client Advisors.RESPONSIBILITIESPARTNER WITH STORE MANAGER & STORE LEADERSHIPIdentify training needs in line with business prioritiesDevelop training action plans at a Store & Client Advisor levelLeverage in-store training tools: training sessions, coaching sessions, Daily Briefing moments, and best-practice sharingCollaborate with all other retail functions to jointly organize and manage specific training activitiesPerform Team gap analysis and build individual coaching plans, and provide ongoing feedback on individual team member progress, performance and training levelTRAININGSupport Store Leadership to ensure full training contents cascading on Brand, Client Journey and Product knowledgeDrive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presenceMonitor quality, impact and true retention of training contentEnsure Store Team embraces a self-learning culture, with special attention to Retail Training Digital Tools (Training APP)CULTURE OF COACHINGLead a culture of in-store coaching prioritizing Client Advisors according to their needs and focusing on selling skills, Client Experience, Clienteling, Styling, Brand ambassadorship and High-End productsFollow-up with individual Shadowing (Observation / Feedback / Coaching) on Store Leadership to ensure a seamless and correct one-to-one process in store (Coach the Coach)Ensure regular communication with Trainees, giving them continuous feedback on progressONBOARDINGManage onboarding journeys for New Hires in the store by facilitating their in-store induction and partnering with HRKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSBachelor Degree in learning and development fields, human resources management, psychology, or a related field or vocational training.4+ years of experience in the retail training field or in a retail managerial role.Completed trainer qualification and relevant professional experience.In-depth knowledge of talent management and/or personnel development methods and tools.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.Strong coordination and organizational skills, with a high level of communication ability.Fluent English is required.Joining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence. xsgfvud Prada Group promotes an inclusive work environment, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, or other personal characteristics.
