We are looking for a
Senior Manager
level to join our team with a base of experience in IT Transformation in
Insurance
industries with top tier Firms who want to develop their career in strategic consulting, supporting our clients in decision making and in achieving the expected goals.

The role will be structured in 3 blocks:

Practice Development

  • Lead, mentor and grow consultants and actively participate in the performance management process. Motivate high quality performance by personnel supervised through example and constructive feedback.
  • Encourage and facilitate an atmosphere of continuous learning.
  • Entrepreneurial desire and selflessness to give your time, energy, and passion to growing the firms culture and our people both inside and outside of office hours.
  • Expected to hire and add to the existing team before the end of year one.

Client Delivery

  • Lead engagements by communicating and reporting project status to C-level executives and IT management, including budget, risks, issues, etc. Deliver results that clearly meet quality objectives and provide value to the client.
  • Report project budget and finances both internally and for clients.
  • Inspire and energize project teams under your direction. Mentor and manage teams of younger consultants to ensure quality of delivery and to keep projects on time and budget.
  • Quickly respond to client requests for immediate issues while also being able to drive projects to completion. Ensure strong commitment to client service among all personnel on the team.
  • Analyze each client's specific request and determine the underlying problem and recommend proper solutions, demonstrate by clients and market to have the technical, industry and functional knowledge necessary to provide the highest quality client service.
  • Demonstrate strong history of follow-on work at clients and referrals of business from existing clients.

Business Development

  • Drive proactive client proposals and RFP responses from initial brief to final presentations.
  • Develop client relationships to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Proactively leverage personal business relationships to start conversations with new clients or buying centers.
  • Build network within the Capgemini group and educate other Business Units about his or her practices offerings to support sales. Nurture relationships on existing accounts.

Requirements:

The candidate should have a builder and pragmatic mindset; the firm seeks not only a strong person who can articulate a vision, but one who can also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (bookings, contribution margin, revenue, market recognition).

The role demands a high level of autonomy; a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity; and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.

  • Over 8 years of experience in Consulting with a strong background on IT project transformation within top 5 insurance companies
  • Ability to maintain and organize client and prospect information, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Experience in managing key accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Proven track record in establishing and nurturing relationships with senior executives (C-Level) and decision-makers to support strategic objectives.
  • Skilled in identifying, qualifying, and managing business opportunities throughout the sales cycle to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • End-to-end project management from planning to delivery
  • Risk management and issue resolution to maintain project continuity and success.
  • Monitor and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.

Location:
Madrid or Barcelona (other locations in Spain may be considered)
