En Atos, buscamos un/a Senior Consultant / Consulting Industry Partner con sólida experiencia en estrategia, innovación y transformación digital en la industria aseguradora, para unirse a nuestro equipo en España.
Como Senior Insurance Digital Transformation Consultant, serás una figura clave en la definición e implementación de modelos de negocio innovadores, sostenibles y data-driven dentro del sector seguros. Trabajarás estrechamente con ejecutivos de alto nivel, conectando los retos estratégicos del negocio con soluciones tecnológicas avanzadas en Data, AI (incluida Generative AI), Cloud y Digital Platforms.
Responsabilidades principales
Liderar proyectos de consultoría estratégica y transformación digital con clientes clave del sector seguros en España.Actuar como asesor estratégico de confianza para ejecutivos C-Level (CEO, CIO, COO, CDO, Chief Actuary), apoyando sus agendas de transformación y crecimiento.Participar activamente en procesos comerciales, incluyendo:Identificación y cualificación de oportunidadesDefinición de propuestas de valorDiseño de soluciones y cierre de iniciativas estratégicasDefinir e implementar estrategias de transformación digital end-to-end, integrando tecnologías como:
Data & Advanced AnalyticsArtificial Intelligence & Generative AICloud & Digital PlatformsAgile y nuevos modelos operativos digitalesAnalizar las necesidades del cliente y traducirlas en roadmaps de transformación, modelos objetivo de negocio y arquitectura IT futura.Actuar como Executive Sponsor de los proyectos asignados, asegurando:
Cumplimiento de objetivos de negocioRetorno de inversión (ROI)Satisfacción del cliente (CSAT)Colaborar con equipos internos de innovación y expertos en la industria para desarrollar nuevas propuestas de valor y reforzar el posicionamiento de la firma en el sector asegurador.
Requisitos
Titulación superior en ADE, Ingeniería Informática, Industrial o titulaciones afines.Experiencia sólida (mínimo 8 años) en consultoría estratégica o transformación digital, con foco en el sector Seguros.Conocimiento profundo del ecosistema asegurador en España y de sus principales retos (digitalización, eficiencia operativa, nuevos modelos de negocio, data & AI).Experiencia demostrada en asesoramiento a ejecutivos C-Level y liderazgo de programas complejos de transformación digital.Fuerte orientación comercial, visión estratégica y capacidad de influencia a nivel ejecutivo.Idiomas: dominio fluido de español e inglés, oral y escrito.¿Qué te ofrecemos?
