Nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) Senior passionné(e) par les sciences de la vie pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique à Madrid ou Barcelone. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion et la réalisation de projets d'études de marché primaires, en accompagnant nos clients dans leurs décisions stratégiques.

Vos missions

  • Piloter ou contribuer à des projets de conseil, de la conception à la livraison.
  • Analyser les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions sur mesure, rentables et innovantes.
  • Encadrer et accompagner les analystes et consultants dans la réalisation des missions.
  • Réaliser des analyses qualitatives et quantitatives pour identifier les enjeux clés.
  • Produire et présenter des rapports clairs et percutants, adaptés à chaque interlocuteur.
  • Participer à l'identification d'opportunités commerciales et au développement de la relation client.
  • Assurer le suivi post-livraison pour garantir la satisfaction client.
  • Développer votre expertise sectorielle et méthodologique au sein de notre Centre d'Excellence.

Profil recherché

  • Idéalement formation scientifique et /ou diplômé d'une école de commerce / d'une université
  • 5 à 8 ans d'expérience dans l'univers des études , idéalement institut d'études marketing et opinions en conseil ou dans l'industrie des sciences de la vie.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet et en relation client.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Excellente communication orale et écrite, avec un sens aigu de la présentation. (en français et anglais)
  • Bonne connaissance des méthodologies de conseil et des enjeux du secteur.
  • Réseau professionnel établi dans le domaine des sciences de la vie, un atout.
