Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Aufgrund der Expansion und des Wachstums unseres Shared Business Centers in Barcelona suchen wir Verstärkung im Bereich Pre Sales Support.
Unser internationales Telemarketing Team steht im Austausch mit namhaften Kunden aus nahezu allen Branchen (Chemie & Rohstoffe, Pharma, Lebensmittel, FMCG, Metall- und Elektroindustrie, Transport & Logistik etc.) mit dem Ziel, Verkaufschancen zu identifizieren und zu qualifizieren.
* Kein Cold Calling
* Keine Call Center Atmosphäre
* Kein Micromanagement
Each Day Is Different - Unser breitgefächertes Produktportfolio, unser vielfältiger Kundenstamm, und die unterschiedlichen Marketingkampagnen machen die Rolle abwechslungsreich. Verstärken Sie unser Team mit Ihrer pro-aktiven, kommunikativen Art und übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:
* Durchführung von Outbound-Calls mit dem Ziel, das Interesse unserer Kunden zu gewinnen.
* Proaktive Leadgenerierung im Rahmen unserer Marketingkampagnen.
* Telefonische Vorstellung neuer Produkte.
* Zusendung von Informationsmaterialien sowie anschließende follow-up Aktivitäten.
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichsten Abteilungen u.a. dem Produktvertrieb und Marketing.
What You Need to Succeed
* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung.
* Berufserfahrung: Erste Erfahrung z.B. als Telemarketer, Kundenberater:in, Call Center Agent, Mitarbeiter:in im Kundenservice in einem B2B/B2C-Umfeld - gerne geben wir aber auch Quereinsteigern eine Chance
* Gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft Office.
* Wohnsitz: Barcelona
* Sprachen: Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau (C2), Englisch verhandlungssicher (Level B2/C1) in Wort und Schrift, gute Spanischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
