we are looking for
certified accountants
with local experience in
Portugal
to join our International Desk team at our offices in Madrid. If you enjoy accounting this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic and international environment.

What will my functions be?
Carry out technical work according to instructions from your Manager, and according to established procedures.

Mantain accured records and documentation.

  • Financial data entry and maintenance: Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software. Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices and payments.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Monitor and track bank transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate and prepare financial reports for management. Assist in the preparation of financial statements.

Requirements:

What should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?

  • Bachelor' degree in Accounting or related
  • Fluent English
  • You are used to work in an international environment.
  • Accounting professional with proven experience
  • You have been part of a professional services company, and you love it.
  • Knowledge of Business Central makes things easier
  • Excellent organisational skills and good ability to adapt to a multitask environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
