We are growing our team and looking for an experienced Spatial Designer who can dream big, craft bold concepts, and bring them to life with meticulous detail. You'll shape environments that tell powerful brand stories, inspire others, collaborate with ambitious clients, and lead projects that push the boundaries of design, storytelling, and sustainability.

The Role
This is a hands-on role where your spatial storytelling, sustainability mindset, and ability to inspire others will be key to delivering outstanding work. You will lead projects from concept through production, to delivery - combining design innovation with circular material strategies, and placing as much emphasis on environmental impact as on aesthetic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of ephemeral spaces, pop-ups, installations, event architecture, and commercial interiors.
- Integrate sustainable design solutions, circular materiality, and innovative production methods into all projects.
- Produce renderings that clearly communicate spatial concepts, mood, and brand narrative.
- Guide material selection, lighting, texturing, and detailing to meet creative and environmental standards.
- Develop technical drawings, manufacturing details, and assembly plans for production partners.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity, technical skill, and professional growth.
Required Skills & Mindset
- Degree in Spatial Design, Retail Design, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design, Ephemeral Architecture, or similar.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering (SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in 2D technical drawings and floorplan layouts (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to craft immersive, brand-driven spatial stories.
- Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, sustainable design principles, and circular material innovation.
- Leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Great attention to detail, delivering on both creative vision and technical precision.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with brand environments, installations, or immersive cultural projects.
- Fluency in Spanish; English and Catalan are a plus.
