SENIOR TEXTILE GRAPHIC DESIGNER - VERY HIGH ENGLISH LEVEL

Fast Fashion Supplier | Full-Time | On-Site (Fridays WFH)

We are looking for a Senior Fashion Graphic Designer with versatile profile - strong in menswear and license work. If you have a strong trend awareness, the ability to translate ideas into commercial product, and the agility to adapt to an ultra-fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

* Research global trends in fashion, graphics, colors, and youth culture.

* Design commercial graphics, across main range and license product (mainly jersey and leisure items (tops, tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc)).

* Create graphics, placements, all-over prints, artworks, and brand-aligned visual concepts - mostly for menswear product.

* Develop moodboards, color stories, and design packs to present to the brands we work with.

* Work closely with production, pattern making, and merchandising teams to ensure a correct sample.

* Adapt to shifting priorities, seasonal needs, and varied customer requirements.

* Ensure designs are aligned with brand DNA and cost targets.

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of experience in fast fashion or supply-side design (mandatory).

* Strong hybrid capability: garment design + graphic/print design at a senior level.

* High proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.

* Excellent hand-drawing and digital illustration skills.

* Strong understanding of fabrics, washes, print/embroidery techniques and technical packs.

* Ability to switch quickly between projects and categories.

* A proactive, solution-driven mindset — someone who thrives under pressure.

* A portfolio that clearly demonstrates both garment and graphic versatility.

* Very high english level is mandatory - not only for specs and emails but for on site meetings with english na
