About the Role

We are looking for a 
Key Account Manager
to join the commercial area of an expanding multinational company.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales channel growth, managing key client relationships, and coordinating commercial initiatives across retail and digital environments.

This role combines commercial planning, performance analysis, and operational coordination in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. It is positioned at an
intermediate–senior level
, offering autonomy and active involvement in commercial decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with
    ON & OFF clients
    , ensuring the achievement of growth and profitability targets.
  • Design and implement commercial plans tailored to each customer, including
    sell-in / sell-out
    strategies and annual agreements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and investment budgets.
  • Analyze performance indicators (
    KPIs
    ) and prepare reports with improvement proposals.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and
    visual merchandising
    projects together with Marketing teams and external agencies.
  • Develop planograms and point-of-sale projects aimed at optimizing visibility and sell-out.
  • Collaborate on the definition and monitoring of the
    retail media strategy
    .

Requirements

  • Degree in
    Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    .
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in commercial development, account management, or trade marketing within FMCG or retail environments.
  • Strong knowledge of
    budgeting, P&L, data analysis, and report preparation
    using tools such as
    Power BI
    or advanced
    Excel
    .
  • Fluent English (minimum C1),
    with the ability to participate confidently in professional meetings and discussions. A language proficiency assessment will be conducted during the selection process.
  • Strong analytical skills, negotiation ability, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Availability for occasional travel and a valid driver's license.

    Sales, Digital Commerce, or E-commerce

  • Experience in planogram design, retail media, or coordination of media agencies.
  • Knowledge of

    Retail / E-commerce Analytics tools
