We are now seeking a Master Production Scheduler to join our team The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful implementation of a new planning system while supporting plant operations and collaborating globally. The position could be based out of our site in Leiden (Netherlands), Brugge (Belgium) OR Asturias (Spain) and follows a flexible hybrid working model, with occasional travel required to support collaboration and operational needs. What you will do and where you will make a difference
- Lead supply chain planning activities for the plants in scope, ensuring alignment with global operations and business objectives
- Support the transition from SAP APO to SAP IBP, learning alongside the team and contributing to system implementation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial, finance, and procurement teams to optimize planning processes
- Engage directly with plant teams to understand operational needs and drive improvements
- Participate in global planning meetings and contribute to strategic supply chain initiatives
- Maintain and improve inventory management practices, leveraging tools such as SAP, MyBis, and Microsoft Excel
What You Bring And Makes You The Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain roles, including engineering, production, distribution, or raw material planning
- Proven track record in cross-functional coordination and problem-solving
- Experience with SAP (APO, IBP), MyBis, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and influencing skills
