Descripción y Responsabilidades del Puesto
Con reporte directo al Claims Manager dentro del departamento de Operaciones de la compañía, gestionará una función clave en el departamento, como es la supervisión de la gestión y revisión de las reclamaciones, conciliaciones y deudas pendientes con proveedores médicos (hospitalarios y profesionales independientes), así como su ejecución y posterior liquidación.Será responsable de garantizar la correcta gestión, revisión y resolución de reclamaciones relacionadas con facturación, asegurando la precisión de los procesos, el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y la coordinación eficaz con los equipos implicados. Este rol supervisa el flujo completo de facturación y reclamaciones, y apoya a los tramitadores, asegurando tiempos de respuesta adecuados y una operativa eficiente.Tareas
- Revisiones "end to end" de las reclamaciones recibidas:
- Registro de reclamaciones recibidas.
- Priorización en función de acuerdos de negocio, antigüedad y grado de complejidad.
- Análisis y revisión de archivos.
- Pago de conciliaciones.
- Seguimiento de las revisiones de reclamaciones en curso, toma de decisiones, negociación de importes finales de conciliación, contacto con proveedores cuando sea necesario, así como la emisión, envío y seguimiento de cartas de cierre.
- Registro y grabación de los cierres de actividad finalizados.
- Gestión de tareas administrativas y de supervisión derivadas del puesto:
- Coordinar y apoyar al equipo de tramitadores en la gestión diaria de casos y reclamaciones.
- Proporcionar formación continua, feedback y acompañamiento para asegurar la consistencia y calidad en la gestión del área.
- Garantizar la correcta cobertura operativa y apoyar en la resolución de incidencias complejas y de alto impacto.
- Comunicación con los demás departamentos relacionados con el proceso (Gestión Asistencial, Financiero, Facturación, etc.).
- Contribuir a la consecución de objetivos globales e individuales.
Requisitos
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en el ramo asegurador de Salud en departamentos de prestaciones, facturación o departamento médico. Valorable también experiencia en departamentos de facturación de centros hospitalarios.
- Experiencia previa supervisando equipos administrativos o técnicos.
- Profundo entendimiento del impacto de los procesos de facturación y liquidación con proveedores en el negocio asegurador.
- Experiencia en manejo de acuerdos con proveedores, conocimientos de nomenclátor, OMC, autorizaciones, facturación Chipcard, facturación electrónica hospitalaria y revisión de facturas de procesos sencillos.
- Conocimiento y uso de herramientas de análisis de siniestralidad y reporting (QlikView, Tableau o similar), Salesforce y paquete Microsoft Office (Excel medio-avanzado).
- Conocimientos de normativa fiscal y procesos de conciliación.
- Valorable nivel alto de inglés.
