Orientar e supervisionar uma área de serviço
- Supervisionar o serviço nas áreas sob a sua responsabilidade restaurante(s), banquete(s), bar(es), serviço de quarto, etc. e reunir diariamente com as equipas para organizar e dar indicações sobre o serviço a ser realizado.
- Ajustar e optimizar as equipas e os recursos materiais disponíveis para os eventos planeados para cada dia. Verificar ocorrências diárias, desempenho e condições
- Verificar ocorrências diárias no serviço, o nível de qualidade dos produtos e serviço, a satisfação/dessatisfação dos clientes, as condições sanitárias, de limpeza e higiene, garantindo a melhor capacidade de resposta das suas equipas e a rápida resolução de potenciais problemas quando estes ocorrem.
