, agencia de marketing digital en plena expansión nacional, seguimos creciendo y buscamos incorporar un/a 
New Business
 para nuestro departamento de Cuentas, 
con base en Córdoba (España)
.

Buscamos un perfil con fuerte orientación comercial, capaz de 
gestionar leads entrantes
 y, al mismo tiempo, 
activar la prospección del mercado objetivo
 para impulsar el crecimiento de la agencia a nivel nacional.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás una pieza clave en el crecimiento de DOBUSS, conectando oportunidades reales con soluciones estratégicas de marketing digital.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Gestión integral de 
    leads entrantes (inbound)
    : contacto, cualificación, seguimiento y cierre.
  • Prospección activa (outbound)
     de clientes objetivo a nivel nacional.
  • Análisis de necesidades del cliente y construcción de 
    propuestas de valor personalizadas
    .
  • Coordinación con el equipo de cuentas y operaciones para una correcta transición del cliente.
  • Uso de CRM y herramientas digitales para seguimiento, reporting y mejora continua.
  • Cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales con sistema 
    fijo + variable
    .

Perfil que buscamos

  • Experiencia previa en 
    ventas B2B / New Business / desarrollo comercial
     (muy valorable experiencia en marketing digital).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y cierre.
  • Mentalidad proactiva, orientada a resultados y con autonomía.
  • Conocimiento del ecosistema digital: marketing online, performance, branding, web, SEO, paid media, etc.
  • Experiencia trabajando con 
    CRM y procesos comerciales estructurados
    .
  • Residencia en 
    Córdoba o alrededores
     (imprescindible).
