Winning Consulting is looking for a CTO, to join a project with one of our key clients in the banking sector located in Madrid. Hybrid model. 

Functions:
  • Supporting in the definition and design functional architectures for new software applications.
  • Ensuring alignment with business needs and system feasibility.
  • Lead process reengineering initiatives and apply architectural methodologies and tools to develop hihg-level functional specifications.
  • Evaluating third - party software solutions assess integration opportunities.
  • Contribute to the definition of AI-based solutions leveraging LLMs and AI Agents.
Skills:
  • Capacity to determine functional requirements for new software/applications.
  • Expertise in process reengineering.
  • Use of tools and methodologies to create functional architecture views.
  • Development of system functional specifications at a high level with attention to the integration and frasibility of the system.
  • Capacity to evaluate and analyze third party software solutions.
  • Communication skills written and verbal, both in English and Spanish.
Business Knowledge:
  • Global Debt Financing (GDF) Products: Syndicated Loans & Projet Finance.
  • Finance & Active Portfolio Management: TTI and P&L calculation; Balance-sheet optimization; Liquidity analysis; Capital Optimization.
  • Credit & Conterparty Risk: ratings models; Limit & Exposure metrics; Risk Control Models.
  • Distribution Methods (Asset Hedging): Secondary Sales, Securitizations, Risk Participation Agreements; Insurances, TRS...
