Mid Software Engineer

How would you like to help fashion companies improve their processes, from concept development all the way to e-commerce?

We're looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our Engineering Team at Fermat, where we're building tools that help iconic brands such as Adidas, ASOS or MANGO optimize costs, reduce waste and implement technology in their creative processes.

About the Engineering Team

Our mission is simple: build Fermat into the Fashion Operating System.

You'll join a group of brilliant minds that make it happen:

• Oscar Cuatrecasas
  , who you'll be working side by side with. He leads the team, designs the architecture and makes sure features get developed, tested and shipped on time.
• Pau Lozano
  , who leads the AI team. Amongst many other tasks, he researches new AI capabilities which give Fermat the edge that wins deals.
• Marc Aguilar
  , who, despite his AI background, works across the stack and is your go-to for anything and everything.
• Claudia Len
  , our first AI Solutions Engineer. She works as close to the client as possible, discovering new problems to solve and delivering solutions for them at lightning speed.
• Marc Guitart
  , our latest incorporation, focused on delivering new killer features that build Fermat from the tool it is today to the Fashion Operating System of tomorrow.

Your work will directly impact how thousands of fashion designers worldwide ideate, design and produce collections worn by millions.

The Role

• Build and deliver features end-to-end — from idea to production .
• Collaborate closely with Product & Design to solve real customer problems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack.
• Continuously improve the codebase and team processes.
• Grow your technical depth through feedback, reviews, and mentorship.
