Salary

At Factorial transparency is in our DNA, people at the same rank will receive the same salary and all the salary ranks are public

  • Mid Engineer
    you will join factorial with 40.000€ Base and 2.800€ Variable paid quarterly based on our business goals and after one year you will receive 10% of your salary as ESOP.
