Barcelona Health Hub is seeking a student for back office tasks in Client Relationship Management within the context of Open Innovation.

What do we offer?

You will be part of the day-to-day activities of a non-profit association working in the field of digital health. You will have the opportunity to work in an ecosystem formed by pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, hospitals, investors, and many startup founders. You will be surrounded by a small team of creative, hardworking, and fun individuals, working in a beautiful office in the Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau.

Tasks to be performed with the support of the Digital Transformation Team:

  • Coordination of schedules and task organization
  • Follow-up with hub members via email and document status
  • Take notes in meetings, identify action items, and maintain proper documentation
  • Support in organizing small events: call for startups, company visits, etc.
  • Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations

Working hours: 9 am to 2 pm

IMMEDIATE INCORPORATION

Requirements:

We are looking for a person with:

  • Advanced level in Spanish, Catalan, and English (for writing emails, taking meeting notes, and preparing presentations)
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Must be eligible for a university internship agreement
  • Experience with Google Drive and other digital tools
  • No previous experience required, just sound jugement and a positive attitude

Remuneration: €250 per month.
