Estamos en búsqueda de: AI Platform Engineer – Databricks Platform

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones escalables en Databricks para soportar flujos de trabajo de analítica, Machine Learning y GenAI.
  • Administrar y optimizar entornos Databricks: políticas de clúster, autoscaling, pools y configuración de seguridad.
  • Implementar gobierno de datos con Unity Catalog, incluyendo control de acceso, auditoría y enmascaramiento de datos.
  • Desarrollar infraestructura como código (IaC) para Databricks y AWS utilizando Terraform.
  • Configurar pipelines CI/CD para notebooks, librerías y activos de ML, asegurando calidad y automatización.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para integrar la plataforma con fuentes de datos y servicios en la nube.

Requerimientos:

Excluyentes:

  • Experiencia comprobada administrando Databricks en AWS (clusters, Jobs, Workflows, repos, Unity Catalog).
  • Conocimiento sólido en AWS (IAM, VPC, KMS, S3, seguridad y monitoreo).
  • Dominio de Terraform (proveedores Databricks y AWS) y GitHub Actions para automatización.
  • Habilidades avanzadas en Python y SQL para desarrollo en Lakehouse.
  • Experiencia con MLflow para tracking y registro de modelos.
  • Inglés nivel C1 (comunicación fluida en entornos internacionales).

Deseables:

  • Familiaridad con Delta Lake, Auto Loader, Structured Streaming y DLT.
  • Experiencia en prácticas MLOps y despliegue de modelos en endpoints.
  • Conocimiento en observabilidad (CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana).
  • Certificaciones en AWS, Databricks o DevOps.
