Desde Davidson buscamos un/a
Consultant – Radio Optimization & Planning
que se incorpore a nuestro equipo en Davidson Madrid.

Funciones:

  • Desglosar procesos de entrega, actividades y detalles asociados al proyecto.
  • Optimizar actividades y procesos de entrega basándose en un profundo conocimiento de los requisitos del cliente.
  • Mejorar la automatización, calidad y eficiencia de todo el equipo de entrega.
  • Gestionar preguntas, requerimientos y soluciones de mejora de los clientes de manera oportuna.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con los clientes.
  • Garantizar la entrega técnica completa y optimizada del proyecto.

Requisitos mínimos del puesto:

    • de 5 años de experiencia en
      servicios de Optimización y Planificación de Redes
      , preferiblemente en entornos de red a gran escala.
  • Dominio técnico avanzado en
    monitoreo de rendimiento de red y estrategias de optimización de radio multicapa
    .
  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y comunicando soluciones complejas a niveles ejecutivos (Managers/Directores).
  • Capacidad demostrada para diseñar procesos técnicos y soluciones que generen resultados medibles.
  • Profesional autónomo, responsable y capaz de trabajar en entornos de proyecto dinámicos y exigentes.
  • Experiencia preferente en proyectos
    MasOrange/Orange/MasMovil
    o entrega de
    Real Time Monitoring
    .
  • Nivel profesional completo de
    inglés (B2/C1 mínimo)
    y español.
