Intelligent Process & Performance Overview:
We combine the power of Intelligent Automation, Process Mining and BPM to build and end-to-end journey for our clients' processes transformation and digitalization. As part of our strategy and management consulting branch Invent, we help our clients identify the value and define their strategy and operating model.
Role Description:
We are looking for a Consultant to join our Process Mining practice inside the Intelligent Process & Performance capability. As part of the team, you will bring and develop experience in process optimization powered by Process Mining.
As a Consultant, you will contribute to the development of our Intelligent Process and Performance practice by:
- Delivering projects granting high quality standards on outputs and client satisfaction
- Support / participate in our commercial processes by developing and tailoring propositions through sales decks
- Growth your expertise by training / certifying in specific solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in Business & Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or similar
- At least 1 year of professional experience in process mining, data analysis, data science (Mainly
Celonis
) - Experience and certification in top Process Mining solutions (Mainly
Celonis
, UiPath, Process Mining, Mehrwerk or Signavio are a plus) - Strong ability in critical and strategic thinking and problem solving
- Ability to define KPIs, build dashboards and analyze them
- Business fluency and understanding in English and Spanish, with ability to work as part of an international team (additional languages like German or French are a plus)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, PQL and Vertica SQL are a plus
