About Hirewatchers

Hirewatchers is a referral-based hiring platform that connects companies with trusted professionals who recommend top talent from their own networks.

  • Instead of traditional sourcing, we work with a
    community of professionals ("Hirewatchers")
    who refer candidates they genuinely believe are a great fit, and get rewarded when a hire is made and even you can get some earn just for referring someone.

What does it mean to be a Hirewatcher?
