Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Assistant based in Las Rozas de Madrid. While some tasks may require onsite presence, a portion of the work can be performed remotely. The Technical Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving technical and system-related issues, and assisting teams and customers in a timely and efficient manner. The role includes diagnosing technical problems, offering technical guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality service and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Technical Assistance and Technical Support, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Possess Analytical Skills to diagnose complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience or knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
