Senior Specialist, Product Marketing – Application Lifecycle Management

About the Role

Looking for your next big step in B2B marketing? This role offers the chance to work on global campaigns that drive real revenue growth while helping bring industry-shaping software to market.

As part of PTC's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) team, you'll play a key role in connecting innovative engineering solutions with enterprise customers worldwide. You'll collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to design and deliver high-impact programs that generate awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

This position is ideal for a marketer with a few years of experience who's ready to take ownership of programs, expand their strategic skill set, and thrive in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with ALM segment leaders and field marketing teams to design and execute global and regional go-to-market programs.
  • Plan digital marketing initiatives, including webinars, paid campaigns, virtual events, and third-party promotions.
  • Review market data and competitive positioning to recommend messaging and content updates
  • Measure and report on program performance to drive optimization and inform decision-making.
  • Align closely with sales teams to ensure marketing is driving qualified opportunities and supporting pipeline goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging and flawless campaign execution.

You'll also bring:

  • 2–5 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software, engineering, or manufacturing technology.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and GenAI platforms or interest in developing deep expertise in them.
  • A results-driven mindset with comfort analyzing marketing impact and adjusting strategies accordingly.
