Senior Digital Product Designer

We are currently looking for a UX UI to join our studio, collaborating on exciting digital projects with an international impact, supported by an amazing team.

-What will your day to day be like?-

You will:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, developers, and other designers, to create innovative digital solutions.

• Define and design digital product experiences that solve real-world problems and meet user needs.

• Lead design sprints and workshops to explore product opportunities and define design strategies.

• Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate product vision and functionality.

• Ensure that design solutions are user-centered, scalable, and technically feasible.

• Continuously improve and iterate on product designs based on feedback and user testing.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems that support consistency and scalability across digital products.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital product design.
  

-What are we looking for?-

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital product design.

• Proven experience designing user-centered digital products from concept to execution.

• Strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, and high-fidelity design (Figma knowledge is a must).

• Experience working with Design Systems is essential.

• Familiarity with UX principles and the ability to collaborate closely with UX designers.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and development processes is a plus.

• A self-driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-based, collaborative environment.
