About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join SURT, a complex, data-driven B2B software product.

This is a pure product role. We are not looking for a visual-only designer or someone focused on marketing or websites. We are looking for a product-minded designer who can take ownership of the end-to-end user experience and help make a complex system clear, usable, and valuable for its users.

You will be the first dedicated designer on the product and will work very closely with engineering and product, with a high level of autonomy and real impact.

What you'll do
  • Own the end-to-end product design process: user research, flows, wireframes, prototyping, testing, and developer handoff
  • Design and improve core product flows and daily user interactions
  • Simplify complex, data-heavy interfaces into clear and intuitive experiences
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
  • Use user insights and product goals to guide design decisions
  • Help establish design standards and best practices for the product
What we're looking for
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer
  • Strong experience designing B2B or SaaS products
  • Experience working on complex systems, dashboards, or back-office tools
  • Solid UX fundamentals: information architecture, user flows, usability
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of ownership
  • Professional level of English and Spanish
Nice to have
  • Experience in startups or early-stage products
  • Experience as a first or early designer
  • Background in data-heavy or enterprise software
  • Hands-on experience with usability testing and user research
What this role is NOT
  • Not a UI-only or visual design role
  • Not focused on marketing websites or landing pages
  • Not a junior position
  • Not consumer-only product design
