About REVEL:

At REVEL, we're revolutionizing how people get their new cars – making it seamless, innovative, and customer-centric. In just a few months since our launch, we've become one of Europe's leading players for online new car sales. This is just the beginning. Now, we're looking for a talented Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Operations team and take ownership of key strategic initiatives that will fuel our next stage of growth.

Your mission:

  • Build and optimize scalable processes to sustain REVEL's rapid growth
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership across and beyond Operations to tackle critical business challenges
  • Lead strategic projects with real-world impact on our growth, efficiency, and customer experience. Examples include: i) Deploying AI across Operations to boost speed, quality and scale ii) Rethinking how cars get to customers faster, cheaper, smarter iii) Defining and executing go-to-market strategies to accelerate our international expansion

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 1-3 years of experience with operations and / or strategy content
    (e.g., within consulting, tech companies, FMCG)
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity and loves turning complex problems into actionable solutions
  • Combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking and strong execution
  • Communicates clearly and confidently across teams and levels
  • Speaks fluent Spanish and English
    ; other European languages are a plus
