Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nigrán for an International Sales Manager France for the Biomass Division (Pellet & wood Stoves, Hydro and Boilers).

The role involves:

-developing and implementing international sales strategies,

-identifying new business opportunities, and

-building relationships with key accounts and distributors.

Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, expanding the company's presence in new territories, and meeting sales targets. The International Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product solutions align with customer and market demands.

This role will report to the Biomass Sales Director and will work in a highly motivated team of 10 sales reps and order admin.

France is a primary focus but other European countries may be also part of the sales responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Experience in international sales, business development, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong market analysis and strategic planning abilities
  • Understanding of renewable energy market trends and technologies
  • French language required, English strongly recommended
  • Flexibility to travel in Europe (French focus) as required - around 40% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Technical background could also be a good fit.
