Strategic Planning & Route-to-Market Enablement Build and align the 4P plan across direct and indirect retail channels within the country, ensuring coverage and consistency. Define product positioning, promotional strategy, and pricing architecture tailored to local market conditions, competitive landscape, and each route-to-market. Collaborate with regional and global category, marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals. Ensure product readiness for launch execution of ARM-based Consumer products in the country. Provide regular updates to leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accountability and progress. Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 7+ years of work experience, preferably in business development, sales, marketing, product marketing, product design, or a related field. PC Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Consumer PC industry, including market trends, emerging technologies, and consumer segments. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and drive business results. Project Management: Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate and prioritize multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful campaign implementation. Marketing Strategy: Proficiency in developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored specifically to the market, considering product positioning, target audience, and competitive analysis. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to gather and interpret market data, consumer insights, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales and marketing campaigns.
