What are we looking for?

We are looking for a recent or current student eager to immerse themselves in the world of strategy and innovation consulting, with the desire to make an impact, and who meets the following requirements:

  • Student of Graphic Design, User Experience, Service Design, Innovation, Design Thinking or similar.
  • Visual designer and visual thinker, aware of the current graphic trends and the principles of visual design: Gestalt, rhythm, visual hierarchy, composition, proportions, color-theory, color combinations, contrast, etc.
  • Advanced user of PowerPoint, design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) and video editing tools (AfterEffects, Premiere, etc.).
  • Knowledge in the elaboration of high impact presentations, design of process maps, blueprints, customer journeys, etc. as well as in the design of materials for co-creation workshops with users will be positively valued.

What will you do?

The intern consultant will work with a multidisciplinary team and will give them support:

  • Participation in a cross-cutting way in all the project stages: from designing the visuals of the research materials to designing reports, ppt templates, infographics, etc.
  • Creating and editing content and videographic material for internal and external purposes.
  • Management of the website in WordPress from templates.
  • Contributing to the corporate development and expansion of ANIMA: brand image, communication strategy, web design, business development, commercial activities, involvement in the marketing plan, etc.
  • Conceptualizing creative ideas with the team and bring new, fresh, and creative ideas to ANIMA while keeping up with the latest design trends, as well as establishing design guidelines, standards and best practices.
