We're looking for a motivated and proactive Analyst to join our Portfolio Management & Strategy team in Madrid. In this role, you'll work on high-impact projects, providing data-driven insights that shape strategic decisions. If you're detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment within the secured NPL industry, we'd love to hear from you.

About Hoist Finance

Hoist Finance is a leading asset manager specializing in non-performing loans. For over 25 years, we've partnered with international banks and financial institutions across Europe, acquiring and managing NPL portfolios. Our mission is to create sustainable repayment solutions for consumers and SMEs. Hoist Finance is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, licensed as a Swedish credit market company, and operates in 14 European markets.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis:

·     Prepare portfolio segmentations and performance analysis

·     Build KPI dashboards and monitor portfolio strategies

·     Support business plan updates and valuation models for Loan and REO books

·     Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems

·     Identify automation opportunities and streamline reporting processes

·     Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders

What you bring & who you are:

·     Degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field

·     Fluency in Spanish and English

·     Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

·     Knowledge of Python/SQL and/or Power BI/Tableau is a plus

·     Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

·     Excellent communication and resilience under pressure

·     1–2 years of relevant experience
