We're looking for a
motivated and proactive Analyst
to join our Portfolio Management & Strategy team in Madrid. In this role, you'll work on high-impact projects, providing data-driven insights that shape strategic decisions. If you're detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment within the secured NPL industry, we'd love to hear from you.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis:

·    Prepare portfolio segmentations and performance analysis

·    Build KPI dashboards and monitor portfolio strategies

·    Support business plan updates and valuation models for Loan and REO books

·    Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems

·    Identify automation opportunities and streamline reporting processes

·    Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders

What you bring & who you are:

·    Degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field

·    Fluency in Spanish and English

·    Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

·    Knowledge of Python/SQL and/or Power BI/Tableau is a plus

·    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

·    Excellent communication and resilience under pressure

·    1–2 years of relevant experience
