Deine Aufgaben
- Als (Senior) Digital Project Manager (all genders) planst, steuerst und implementierst Du eigenverantwortlich Projekte im Digitalbereich
- Dabei bist Du Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen im gesamten Projektverlauf und bist das Bindeglied zwischen Kundenbedürfnissen und Projektteam
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen analysierst und spezifizierst Du die Kundenanforderungen und zeigst Möglichkeiten zur technischen sowie inhaltlichen Realisation auf
- Durch die fortlaufende Kontrolle, Analyse, Monitoring und Reporting der Projekte sicherst Du die Projektqualität
Dein Profil
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations-Skills auf Deutsch und Englisch und bewegst Dich im Austausch mit anderen auf Augenhöhe
- Dank mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Projektmanagement bist Du Expert:in in der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von (Online-)Projekten und hast dabei besondere Freude an der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen
- Durch Deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe zur Erfassung von komplexen Abläufen und Zusammenhängen berätst Du unsere Kund:innen kompetent und vorausschauend
- Dein Anspruch an Qualität, Service und Kundenorientierung sind die Grundlage Deiner Arbeit
- Du bringst Verständnis für gängige Webtechnologien sowie Erfahrung in der Abwicklung digitaler Projekte (CMS, PIM, eCommerce etc.) mit
