Multiplica Talent is looking for you: we are a human resources consultancy focused on recruiting the best digital talent.

We're looking for a CRO superstar to join the team of a Spanish multinational commercial bank and financial services company to help improve the engagement ratio of its users. The purpose of this role is to define, analyze and optimize online performance by suggesting appropriate change and improvements to customer experience and in return driving profitable sales.

Perfect for someone with experience across conversion (CRO), A/B testing, and data (strong testing and data-led mindset). – You will own the customer journey

Responsibilities:

  • Plan & implement the customer experience strategy (CRO) to drive improvements & maximize sales.
  • Create a user experience that leads to conversion and a continued relationship between brand and customer.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization plans.
  • Work closely with performance-marketing team (PPC & SEO) to ensure prioritization and opportunities are capitalized on
  • Plan & implement a Digital Analytics & Optimisation strategy to drive improvements & maximize sales.
  • Contribute to the development of an effective Online marketing plan
  • Identify usability issues and make recommends for change
  • Be the lead in the use of Web Analytics & Optimisation tools
  • Produce test summary reports; communicating findings and recommendations/best practices to the Performance Marketing team.



Requirements:

  • Experience of Conversion Rate Optimisation
  • Experience with testing hypothesis using A/B testing software
  • Expert in analytics tools with focus on Adobe Target and Analytics
  • Proven in depth customer understanding and ability to turn insight into work plans
  • Passionate about testing, data and UX for the benefit of the business
  • Experience in Fintech industry highly appreciated
  • English proficiency level
