Para proyecto estable en cliente global en el ámbito de la gestión patrimonial, seleccionamos
perfil (H/M/X) con experiencia como Ingeniero en ServiceNow.

FUNCIONES:

  • Dirigir el diseño, desarrollo e implementación integrales de soluciones ServiceNow escalables en múltiples instancias, con énfasis en los módulos ITSM básicos (gestión de incidencias, problemas, cambios y solicitudes) y las integraciones a nivel empresarial.
  • Desarrollar y optimizar aplicaciones personalizadas, flujos de trabajo y automatización utilizando Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts y GlideAjax, garantizando la alineación con las mejores prácticas de ITIL v3/v4.
  • Configurar y mejorar el portal de servicios de ServiceNow y las interfaces de atención al cliente, utilizando JavaScript y AngularJS para ofrecer experiencias de usuario intuitivas.
  • Integrar ServiceNow con sistemas externos a través de servicios web REST/SOAP, MID Server e Integration Hub, garantizando un intercambio de datos seguro y fiable que cumpla con los requisitos de auditoría y segregación de funciones.

REQUISITOS
:

  • Mínimo de 7 años de experiencia práctica en desarrollo de ServiceNow, con participación demostrada en implementaciones de ciclo de vida completo.
  • Certificaciones: Desarrollador de aplicaciones certificado (CAD) y/o administrador de sistemas.
  • Conocimiento de los marcos ITIL v3/v4 y su aplicación práctica dentro de ServiceNow.
  • Conocimiento de los módulos básicos de ITSM (incidencias, problemas, cambios, solicitudes).
  • Valorable
    la experiencia en módulos adicionales, por ejemplo, gobernanza, riesgo y cumplimiento (GRC).
  • Competencia en scripts del lado del servidor y del lado del cliente: o GlideAjax, reglas de negocio, acciones de la interfaz de usuario, scripts de cliente.
  • Conocimientos de JavaScript, incluyendo scripts del portal de servicios con AngularJS.
  • Nivel de Inglés C1.

UBICACIÓN:
Madrid.

MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO:
Híbrida, asistencia tres días por semana a oficinas.

SALARIO:
En función de experiencia, máximo € bruto/año.
