¿Qué harás?

¿Te apasiona la calidad y el desarrollo de producto? En K-LAGAN, estamos ampliando nuestro equipo de ingeniería y buscamos un/a Hardware Quality Engineer que lidere las actividades de calidad durante las fases de desarrollo de nuevos productos.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

Liderar los AMFE de producto y la implementación de herramientas de calidad.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad del cliente y las normas internacionales.

Coordinar actividades de homologación y gestión documental técnica.

Definir planes de control, validar herramientas de medida y participar en revisiones de diseño.

Colaborar con los equipos de Testing en los planes de validación (DVP, PVT).

Apoyar la industrialización del producto y proponer mejoras técnicas continuas.

Asegurar la trazabilidad de las características especiales (SC/CC) en toda la documentación técnica (FMEA, planos, PCB layout, etc.).

Revisar diseños y prototipos, asegurando la conformidad de las características mecánicas, HW y SW.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia mínima de
    2-3 años como Quality Engineer
    en entornos de
    hardware electrónico o automoción.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en
    FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, 8D, Root Cause Analysis.
  • Experiencia en
    DVP/PVT, validaciones ambientales, eléctricas y EMC.
  • Familiaridad con
    normas IATF 16949, ISO 9001 y directivas europeas.
  • Nivel fluido de
    inglés y Francés (oral y escrito).

Formación:

  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería o experiencia equivalente.
