Are you passionate about making a positive impact? Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Responsible Gaming Analyst to strengthen their team in sunny Malta. This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical skills with a real purpose - protecting players and promoting safe gaming practices.
- Investigate player behaviour and identify potential signs of addiction
- Reach out to at-risk players and provide appropriate support and guidance
- Ensure underage players are blocked during the registration process
- Assess self-excluded accounts and process potential refunds
- Maintain and review case reports on a regular basis
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior stakeholders with detailed recommendations
- Suggest improvements to Responsible Gaming procedures and workflows
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of Responsible Gaming, including awareness initiatives and internal training
Requirements
- You're fluent in Danish and confident in English, both spoken and written
- You're genuinely interested in addiction psychology, regulations, and compliance
- You're a great listener with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
- You're open to learning, growing, and taking on new challenges
- You have a positive mindset, enjoy teamwork, and adapt easily to change
- You're sharp, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments
