Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Portfolio Management Consultant to join our Portfolio Management Team inside ING´s Transformation Office

The responsibility of this team is to enable that key bank objectives are achieved, and the organization works in the same direction aligning strategy and operation and our way of working is agile methodology.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Portfolio Management Consultant you will:

• You will foster a culture of collaboration with tribes and other CoEs: challenging the projects to ensure value creation for the client, alignment with ING's strategy and simplicity by design both on technical and business approach.
• You will ensure consistency in methodology across different initiatives, products and tribes, in terms of metrics and definitions.
• Together with your team you advise and drive the change in the organization via an end-to-end view on the full portfolio.
• Work with senior management to establish, prioritise and manage the portfolio of initiatives and provide transparency to enable decision making.
  Translate concepts into tangible eecution and know how to achieve goals in a large comple- organisation. A key aspect is to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and to act strategically.
• Provide structure to the organization backlog, organize, aggregate and present the information through different dashboards and reports to give clarity and facilitate decision taking at different levels.

What are we looking for?

A colleague who wants to learn how to achieve goals in a large comple organization; you can build and maintain relationships with your stakeholders; you act strategically; and you are able to adapt concepts into tangible eecution.

Interest in learning how to work with comple programmes. You will learn how to solve problems that are impacting the progress of the programme. Eperience in implementing change in highly regulated environments is a distinct advantage.

An eye for detail and an analytical way of thinking. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, particularly at senior management level. Ability to persuade people and to turn resistance into cooperation.

Results oriented with an ability to find ways of solving programme challenges;

Good knowledge of Office package, in special ability to build and work with comple ecel files to manage large amount of data.

A consulting mind-set, including an ability to think of and discuss structural solutions.

Ongoing eperience on a master or bachelor's degree. It is very valuable having some previous working eperience.

Prior eperience or knowledge of Agile WoW organization and standards are strongly preferred.

Have strong analytical skills and take decisions based on data and facts.

Be a team player, stimulate cross-team interactions and alignment between people, Tribes, Squads.

Be creative and a pro-active out-of-the bo thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment.

Communicate to the organization what we need from them, in a clear way and using means to better reach them (videos, presentations, etc.).

Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo de Portfolio Management dentro del Transformation Office de ING.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es garantizar que se alcancen los objetivos clave del banco, que toda la organización avance en la misma dirección alineando estrategia y operación, y que nuestra forma de trabajar siga la metodología Agile.

Tus responsabilidades claves:

Como Portfolio Management Consultant tú:

• Fomentarás una cultura de colaboración con las Tribes y otros CoEs: desafiando los proyectos para asegurar la creación de valor para la clientela, el alineamiento con la estrategia de ING y la simplicidad by design tanto en el enfoque técnico como en el de negocio.
• Asegurarás la consistencia en la metodología a lo largo de diferentes iniciativas, productos y Tribes, en términos de métricas y definiciones.
• Junto con tu equipo, asesorarás e impulsarás el cambio en la organización mediante una visión end-to-end de todo el porfolio.
• Trabajarás con el senior management para establecer, priorizar y gestionar el porfolio de iniciativas y proporcionar transparencia que permita la toma de decisiones.
• Traducirás conceptos en ejecución tangible y sabrás cómo alcanzar objetivos en una organización grande y compleja. Un aspecto clave será construir y mantener relaciones con los diferentes stakeholders y actuar estratégicamente.
• Aportarás estructura al backlog de la organización, organizarás, agregarás y presentarás la información a través de diferentes dashboards e informes para aportar claridad y facilitar la toma de decisiones en distintos niveles.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

Una persona colega con interés en aprender cómo lograr objetivos en una organización grande y compleja; que sepa construir y mantener relaciones con sus stakeholders; que actúe estratégicamente; y que sea capaz de convertir conceptos en ejecución tangible.

Interés en aprender a trabajar con programas complejos. Aprenderás a resolver problemas que impactan en el progreso del programa. La eperiencia en la implementación de cambios en entornos altamente regulados es una ventaja clara.

Ojo para el detalle y una forma de pensar analítica. Capacidad para comunicarse con todos los niveles de la organización, especialmente con el senior management. Capacidad para persuadir a las personas y convertir la resistencia en cooperación.

Orientación a resultados con capacidad para encontrar formas de resolver retos del programa.

Buen conocimiento del paquete Office, especialmente la capacidad para construir y trabajar con archivos de Ecel complejos para gestionar grandes cantidades de datos.

Un mindset de consultoría, incluyendo la capacidad de pensar y debatir soluciones estructurales.

Eperiencia continua en un máster o grado universitario. Se valora mucho contar con alguna eperiencia laboral previa.

Se prefiere fuertemente tener eperiencia o conocimiento previo de la Agile WoW organization y sus estándares.

Contar con sólidas habilidades analíticas y tomar decisiones basadas en datos y hechos.

Ser team player, estimular la interacción cross-team y el alineamiento entre personas, Tribes y Squads.

Ser creativa/o/e y una persona proactiva, out-of-the-bo thinker, a quien le guste trabajar en un equipo multidisciplinar en un entorno agile.

Comunicar a la organización lo que necesitamos de ellas/ellos, de forma clara y utilizando los medios adecuados para llegar mejor (vídeos, presentaciones, etc.).
