About The Job
We are looking for a motivated and creative Intern to support the development, coordination, and promotion of our Communities of Practice (CoP) at Allianz Technology.

This role will contribute to strengthening collaboration across teams, organizing events, and bringing innovative ideas to foster engagement, learning, and knowledge sharing across the organization

You will work closely with CoP leads and the Communication & Reputation team, helping to plan activities, coordinate stakeholders, and support event logistics and content creation.

What You Do

• Support the planning and coordination of CoP activities and events.
• Assist in the organization of workshops, training sessions, and networking events.
• Help design communication materials (presentations, event invites, posts, summaries) to promote CoP initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different departments.
• Track participation and feedback to measure engagement and propose improvements.
• Bring new ideas to increase visibility, participation, and impact of CoP initiatives.
• Support content preparation and logistics for CoP initiatives.

What You Bring

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with an interest in designing engaging and innovative community initiatives.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with collaboration tools (Mural, Teams, SharePoint) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use
