Your role
We are seeking a creative and talented Community Manager Intern to join our Community Management Team in our sunny Barcelona office. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in the mobile gaming industry, community and social media management, excellent writing skills, and a passion for gaming.
Responsibilities
- Help realise the community plans in concert with the Community and Game teams to span alpha, beta, and launch phases for the Western markets.
- Assist with community sentiment monitoring for FunPlus games and reports creation from Community channels (English-speaking markets)
- Participate in the planning, drafting, and distributing community-focused content through community channels.
- Help with coordination and management of the Content Creator & Moderator program.
- Participating in creating and fostering a positive community experience for our players.
- Assist in generating reports, interpreting raw data to extract valuable insights that will improve our future plans.
Requirements
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Currently enrolled and about to finish a degree program in Communication, Community Management, Social Media, Customer support, or a related field.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
- Comprehension of social media platforms, listening tools, and report-building (Excel, Google Spreadsheet, etc.)
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
- Highly capable problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Passion for gaming: Deep knowledge and passion for mobile video games, including an understanding of current market trends, player behaviour, and popular community platforms. Play experience with FunPlus titles would be nice to have
- Fluent in any of the following languages: French, German, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, or Italian would be a plus
- An excellent eye for detail and a passion for quality.
