The role:

• We are looking for a communications specialist to join and complement our international team inside the Digital:Hub. In your role, you will have the following responsabilities...

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Communication Strategies: You'll develop and execute communication strategies to promote our software projects and initiatives. This involves crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience inside and outside the Digital:Hub. You are creative and
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: As a proactive team player, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers. Your ability to bridge technical and non-technical aspects will be crucial. In your role, you'll also directly engage with the leadership team.
• Content Creation: You'll create engaging content for both internal and external channels. This includes writing blog posts, newsletters, and
• managing social media accounts. Your content should reflect our innovative spirit and identity.
• Event Organization: Organizing events, workshops, and webinars will be a key
• part of your role. These activities foster knowledge sharing and community
• building within our software development hub.
• Market Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor
• activities. Your insights will help us stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:

• Experience in coordinating the internal and external communication with the public and media platforms, ideally within a tech or startup environment. Also, experience in managing and promoting the organization brand.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish; proficiency in German is a plus..
• Facilitator in communication, encouraging a feedback-rich environment.
• Adept at working collaboratively across departments to promote inclusivity initiatives.
• A passion for fostering an inclusive and empowering work environment that reflects our values of respect, diversity, and teamwork
• Availability to go to the Barcelona office once a week
