Tu misión en la empresa

Buscamos un perfil Customer Success & Marketing Operations (Junior), ideal para alguien que acaba de terminar un grado o ciclo formativo de FP y quiere empezar su trayectoria profesional en un entorno tecnológico real.

Tu misión será dar soporte a nuestros clientes y trabajar con datos y automatizaciones para que los procesos y herramientas digitales funcionen correctamente. Aprenderás a organizar información, crear paneles de datos e informes, y ayudar a mejorar la operativa diaria de los clientes dentro de nuestras plataformas.

Además, conocerás de primera mano cómo se gestionan proyectos, operaciones y marketing en una empresa tech, trabajando codo con codo con el resto del equipo.

Eres el candidato ideal si…

Cumples la mayoría de estos requisitos:

  • Perfil junior, recién titulado/a o con poca experiencia.
  • Formación en grado o FP (Marketing, Comercio, Administración, Informática, Sistemas o similar).
  • Te interesa el mundo digital, la tecnología y los datos.
  • Te manejas bien con herramientas digitales (Excel, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, plataformas online).
  • Eres organizado/a, responsable y con buena comunicación.
  • Tienes ganas de aprender y crecer profesionalmente.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Soporte a clientes en el uso de nuestras soluciones digitales.
  • Creación y mantenimiento de workflows, dashboards e informes dentro de nuestra plataforma propia, con formación y acompañamiento por parte del equipo.
  • Apoyo en la gestión de procesos operativos y detección de mejoras.
  • Colaboración con los equipos de desarrollo, diseño y marketing.
  • Apoyo al área de marketing cuando haya disponibilidad: campañas, CRM, reporting y tareas operativas.

Si además tienes alguno de estos puntos, sería fantástico:

  • Conocimientos básicos de CRM, marketing digital o automatización
  • Experiencia previa (prácticas o proyectos) en entornos digitales
  • Interés por customer success, operaciones o marketing tecnológico
  • Ganas de aprender herramientas nuevas y no tener miedo a preguntar
