seleccionamos un/a
SERVICE DELIVERY/SCRUM MASTER
para participar en un proyecto digital en entorno regulado, ubicado en
Vallès Oriental
, con
modalidad híbrida
.

En el caso de ser la persona seleccionada, tu misión será garantizar una entrega de valor predecible y eficiente, optimizando el flujo de trabajo de varios squads mediante prácticas Kanban y colaborando estrechamente con los principales stakeholders del proyecto.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?


• Asegurar un flujo de entrega predecible y eficiente mediante el seguimiento de métricas
Kanban
(WIP, lead time, throughput).


•
Facilitar ceremonias Kanban
(Daily, Replenishment, Delivery Planning, Retrospectives).


• Identificar y eliminar impedimentos y cuellos de botella, impulsando acciones de mejora continua.


• Promover la toma de decisiones basada en datos y la madurez agile de los equipos.

Para ello, ¿qué vas a necesitar?


• Experiencia mínima de
3 años en roles de Service Delivery / Scrum Master en entornos agile / lean.


• Conocimiento sólido de
Kanban systems, flow metrics y gestión de WIP.


• Experiencia en mejora continua y análisis de causa raíz.


•
Inglés C1
(entorno internacional).
