    Gran Vía, Madrid (trabajo 100% presencial en oficina)
  • Tipo de contrato:
    Jornada completa
  • Horario:
    9:30 – 14:00 / 15:00 – 18:30, de lunes a viernes
  • Inicio:
    Incorporación inmediata


Responsabilidades

  • Uso de Amadeus para consulta, emisión y/o modificaciones de vuelos
  • Elaboración de
    cotizaciones
    y diseño de itinerarios a medida
  • Gestión de reservas
    de hoteles, traslados, tours, trenes y servicios turísticos
  • Asesoramiento y atención a
    agencias y clientes B2B
    por email y teléfono
  • Coordinación con
    proveedores
    (hoteles, guías, transporte, etc.) para confirmar servicios y gestionar cambios
  • Control de documentación de viaje, rooming lists, horarios y condiciones de los servicios
  • Resolución de incidencias antes y durante el viaje, manteniendo siempre un trato profesional y resolutivo

Requisitos

  • +5 años de experiencia
    en puestos similares dentro del sector turístico (receptivo, mayorista o agencia de viajes)
  • Manejo
    medio/alto de Amadeus
    (imprescindible)
  • Buen dominio de
    Microsoft Office
    (Excel, Word y Outlook)
  • Español nativo o muy fluido
  • Inglés medio
    (valorado positivamente, no obligatorio)
  • Perfil organizado, detallista y capaz de gestionar varias solicitudes en paralelo
  • Excelente capacidad de comunicación y orientación al servicio
