Production Engineer
. En esta posición te encargarás de garantizar la eficiencia y mejora continua de los procesos productivos, optimizando recursos técnicos y humanos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, costes y plazos, y colaborando activamente con los equipos de ingeniería y calidad para ofrecer soluciones que impulsen la competitividad industrial de la compañía. Esta posición reporta a la
Plant Engineering Manager
con estrecha colaboración con Producción, Compras y PRL.
Principales funciones:
- Seguimiento diario de la producción
, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad y productividad mediante acciones preventivas y correctivas. - Optimización post-industrialización
de productos y procesos para mejorar la eficiencia. - Control de costes técnicos
, enfocado en rechazo, recuperación y ritmos de producción. - Gestión y mantenimiento de utillajes
, así como construcción de utillajes de reposición y definición de pruebas para la industrialización. - Colaboración transversal
con Ingeniería de Proyectos y Calidad para cumplir plazos y dar soporte al cliente. - Impulso de la mejora continua y la formación
, manteniendo el orden, la limpieza y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad, medio ambiente y energía.
Para ser la persona seleccionada, necesitas:
- Graduado en Ingeniería.
- Inglés Nivel Medio.
- Alta motivación para una posición ubicada en planta productiva.
- Capacidad de trabajar en equipo.
- Persona resolutiva y con iniciativa.

- Contrato indefinido en una empresa sólida y en crecimiento.
- Jornada completa 100% presencial, L-J entrada de 7:30h a 8:30h. Salida a partir de las 16:30h. Viernes intensivo con entrada 7:30h - 8:30h, y salida 13:30h - 14:30h.
