We're a tiny game startup in Barcelona, and we're building something weird (in a good way).

We're a small, early-stage game studio working on a playful 2D mobile game where characters actually
feel

alive. Think strong character focus, tight gameplay loops, and AI-driven interactions that add personality, not buzzwords.

We're still early, which means:

  • No heavy processes
  • No rigid departments
  • No "this is not my job" mentality

What we
do

have is a lot of room to experiment, shape the product, and define how we work as a team.

The Role: Unity Game Developer

We're looking for a Unity developer who enjoys working on
every part of a game

, from core gameplay and battle logic to the tiny UI bounce that makes a menu feel just right.

You'll have real ownership. If you like building things end-to-end and care about the feel of a game, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing

  • Building gameplay features end-to-end (loops, battle systems, meta systems).
  • Implementing and polishing UI flows and interactions.
  • Adding audio triggers, particles VFX, and moment-to-moment polish.
  • Writing clean, modular C# code that's easy to iterate on.
  • Collaborating on AI-driven interactions and boldly using AI tools to move faster.

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience with
    Unity 2D

, especially for
mobile

.
- Solid C# skills and comfort building systems from scratch.
- A generalist mindset: gameplay, UI, audio hooks,.
- You care about code quality and readability.
- You actively use
AI tools

(ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) as part of your workflow.
- Professional working English.
- A portfolio or playable examples to show what you've made.

Nice to have (but not required)

  • Experience designing or balancing small game loops.
  • Shader or light VFX experience.
  • Background in Mobile F2P or systems-heavy games.
