Tactic Hotel Management specializes in providing strategic guidance and operational support to proprietors and investors in the tourism accommodation sector. We focus primarily on boutique hotels and apartments. Our primary objective is to enhance overall business performance and boost our clients' profitability.
Role Description:
This is a full-time role for an Operations & Reservations Intern, based in Barcelona. The intern will assist in managing day-to-day operations, responsible for reservation management and front desk operations, participating in project management tasks and contributing to the optimization of operational processes.
START DATE: April / May 2026
Qualifications
- Must possess strong multitasking skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage Operations and carry out Project Management tasks effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate internal and external interactions
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Tech-saavy and not afraid to dive deep into systems
- Relevant studies or experience related to Hospitality
- Must be currently enrolled as a student - THIS IS AN INTERNSHIP POSITION
- Fluency in English is mandatory and fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Must be available to work mornings / day shifts (9H - 16H)
