Tareas

Quién eres?

  • Una persona con mucha energía y carácter extrovertido, te gusta estar en contacto directo con el cliente y dispuesto/a a estar disponible para resolver problemas y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Llamar a clientes para convencerles que reserven sus apartamentos con Caterina.
  • Tienes experiencia en departamentos de reservas en hoteles o empresas de apartamentos
  • Tienes un nivel alto de inglés, el 95 % de nuestros clientes son internacionales.

¿Qué responsabilidades tendrás en Caterina?

  • La misión es convertir el máximo número de oportunidades de alquiler de apartamentos recibidas en la oficina de ventas, con especial atención a canales como: relocation agencies nacionales e internacionales, empresas, peticiones directas por email o teléfono, canales digitales.
  • Serás responsable de todo el ciclo de la venta, desde la creación de la oportunidad en el sistema CRM hasta el cierre de la venta, para lo que debe: crear propuestas y cotizaciones siguiendo las políticas y procesos comerciales de Caterina.
  • Creación de reservas en el sistema PMS.
  • Gestión del contrato y control de pagos de clientes
  • Preparación de contratos de alquiler, fianzas, depósitos y facturas de servicios un correcto proceso administrativo.
  • Soporte al departamento de property management para asegurar un correcto flujo de información.
Requisitos

¿Quién eres?

  • Tienes formación universitaria.
  • Experiencia Mínima de 1 año en ventas / reservas en la industria hoteles, business travel y/o inmobiliaria.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de PMS. Conocimientos de CRM es un plus idealmente Hubspot.
  • Nivel avanzado en paquete office, especialmente excel.
  • Persona de perfil analítico y muy metódica, es un trabajo que requiere mucha concentración.
  • Español e inglés nivel alto.
