This role is based in beautiful Greece and is perfectly suited for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and are looking to join a vibrant team in a stunning location. As a representative, you will assist customers with their subscriptions, providing excellent support while communicating in Swedish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inquiries related to subscription services via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
  • Provide information about subscription plans, pricing, and benefits to customers
  • Assist customers with subscription management, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
  • Resolve issues and inquiries effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes
  • Stay informed about company products and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in subscription-based services
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards customer needs
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable using CRM software and general office applications
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
