Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate powers of attorney deeds (
    Bastanteos
    ).

  • Executing of wills (
    Testamentarías
    ), review of notarial deeds for the purposes the change of name e.g. corporate liquidations, mergers, split of companies (
    cambios de titularidad de cuentas
    ). Current Account and Escrow agreements.

  • Preparing and responding to requests made by the Courts, Tax Authorities and other public bodies.

  • Review and negotiation of Non-Disclosure agreements, release and reliance letters.

  • Review and negotiation of Bank guarantees and counter-guarantees.

  • Drafting, negotiation and execution of loans, credit agreements and guarantee facility agreements and related guarantees (personal guarantees, pledges, etc.) for private and corporate clients.

  • Legal support to the different units of the Bank.

  • Provision of general legal assistance and advice regarding Spanish Law to the Bank and to the CA Group Network.

Qualifications/Education Required:

Law Degree (finished)

High level of English

Competencies Required:

  • Capacity of analysis
  • Negotiation skills
  • Dealing with deadlines
  • Handle with differents transactions at the same time
  • Collaborative teamwork spirit
