About the job | Explore needs - test ideas - refine solutions in legal work

In this role, you take ownership of building and nurturing our co-development ecosystem. You identify, onboard, and manage partners across the legal landscape — from leading law firms to government legal offices — and work closely with them to drive continuous co-creation. Together with these partners, you explore needs, test ideas, and refine solutions so that our product is shaped by real legal practice rather than abstract assumptions. You capture and synthesize insights from the market by collecting and documenting market signals, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence, and translate these into clear input for our product roadmap. You ensure product authenticity by aligning features and workflows with the logic, structure, and methods used by lawyers in our target markets. You also bridge the gap between learnings and execution, turning co-created concepts into well-scoped, validated features that improve Our AI platform´s performance and usability in real-world legal work. Throughout, you build trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the European legal community, identifying new opportunities for growth, collaboration, and long-term partnership.

About you | Legal background |
Curios about AI & data in the legal field

Due to your background and your years of experience working with legal tech, innovation, or digital transformation in the legal field you understand the practice of law and how technology can transform it. You excel in communicating to and navigating among various stakeholders and you are equally comfortable speaking with a partner at a law firm, an AI engineer, or a product manager. You utilize your strong communication and facilitation skills leading workshops and distilling insights clearly. You leverage your sharp analytical mindset and your structured approach alongside your strong sense of knowing how legal reasoning translates into workflows.

Besides the above you succeed in the role if you have

• A background in law (LL.M or equivalent), ideally with experience in a civil law jurisdiction.
• A curiosity about AI, data, and how emerging tools reshape legal industry.
